About Me

For starters, I have a job, I pay my own way, and I'm independent. I love what I do but I must say it's hard work! Needless to say that I have met many different types of people and it never gets old!I am a single mother of an 11 year old son who means the world to me. Everything I do is for him and truly believe that family is first. I have a close family and I love every minute of it! I'm a hard worker, love to laugh, can be silly but also be serious when necessary, I'm ambitious, caring, compassionate, and honest. I can also admit that I can be a smartass and sassy every now and again. :) Everybody has had bad relationships in the past and I try to learn from every one of them, learning more about myself in the process. I'm over my past and looking to move on with a fresh start and optimism.Now for fun...I enjoy following football and hockey and love to go to games. I absolutely love music and prefer hard rock. Concerts are my favorite thing to do and with summer coming up, I'm hoping to go to a few. I mainly listen to hard rock but listen to some stuff here and there. I am always up to new experiences and feel that anything's fun as long as it's with good company. There's not much that I don't like or won't try and tend to just go with the flow. As long as both are having a good time, all is well! :)I'm hoping to find someone with similar interests, caring, one who can hold a good conversation, loves to laugh, is ambitious, has a good head on his shoulders, and has an open mind. We all have baggage, but please have yours at a minimum and please be over your exs. It's not fair to anyone if you're not over yourself and your past. I am the woman who puts her heart and soul into everything she does and it's not good if it's not a two-way street.
