So the bit about me... well, I'd like to think that I am: loyal, trustworthy, responsible, organised, reliable, romantic (sorry it's beginning to sound like a CV!) and a bit of a perfectionist. I have a good sense of humour and am a 'normal' (whatever that means) guy who is just looking for someone similar to share life's experiences with.I work hard but when I do get some free time, I like reading, watching TV or a good film (comedy, action, thrilller, etc), and arts and crafts. I also enjoy playing the keyboard and listening to music. I belong to a local amateur dramatics group (I usually get to play the villain in our pantomime - a role I love because it's so unlike me in real life!).I like a quiet drink in a country pub with friends, going to the cinema or theatre (my guilty pleasure is musicals), spending time with my family or going out for a meal. Fun stuff like bowling or ice skating are also good for a laugh. My taste in music is very varied, I like most things. I am good with technical things (though not too geeky - I promise!) and would rather try to fix something than throw it away and buy a new one. I have built my own computers and enjoy the challenge of a logical task - I'm very good at DIY and a dab hand at flat pack furniture (unlike a lot of men I do actually read the ***!!). I'm very used to looking after myself, and am very clean and tidy, though not obessively so - and I can cook and pretty mean lasagne too. I'm looking for a girl with a good sense of humour, who is quite down to earth and looks natural. Someone who is young at heart and generally optimistic and cheerful would suit me, (I'm certainly not ready for a life of pipe, slippers and gluing myself to the sofa just yet).
