Hello and thanks for stopping by to read my updated profile. This fish-pond is both enormous and small … to say the least, dating in LA is an adventure. I figured that I would have met someone by now but, it’s been a challenge especially when you find there are only a few who are on the same page as you. I am not interested in a long series of ***, yes but, I will expect that we graduate to talking and then meeting in person sooner rather than later. Friends describe me as caring, loyal, dependable, on-time (for the most part :D ), fun, humorous, creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial. My demeanor: every day is God's gift. I am very spiritual and believe in the power of affirmative prayer and benefits of meditation. Happiness is a choice and I am the optimistic “my glass overflows” type. I’m not a ‘Pollyanna’ and or immune to bad things happening when they’re least expected … it’s just how you handle the low points and whether you can make sound contingency plans. I am active, energetic, FIT, in-shape, normal, happy & independent. 5'1", ***lbs, no children (I'm OK if you have them), blonde, blue-eyed, feminine tom-boy. I love to dress up and I love sexy shoes. ;-p My 9 to 5: I hold a rather demanding position and can't access personal e-mail during the day so, be patient if I don't answer right away. Also, if I don't answer for a while then, it's likely I won't so, be cool with that. My downtime: I am comfortable in the gym, I dance ballet, bike, walk...you know, all the normal activities. Spring is really a wonderful time for me because.... But Summer is my favorite season. I love the warm summer nights - they are perfect for late night motoring and concerts under the stars. My house is "Zen" for me and is my sanctuary. I don't mind early mornings spent 'tending' to my roses, and doing things around the house - it grounds me. Admittedly, I am a motor-sports enthusiast, Really. I grew up watching triple-A ball, hockey & with horses too but, don't own one now. I enjoy musicals, live theater, live music venues of all sorts, cooking, pro-sports, car shows & guy's action flicks all appeal to me. If you have a motorcycle, I'm ready to go - I've got my own gear. What turns me off: boozers, haters, victims, whiners, ubber competitiveness, cyber serial daters or bad attitudes. Attraction/Interests/Desires: I am attracted to healthy, FIT, athletic men. I know what I like and what I’m attracted to....the question is - is what I like good for me? I'm attracted to an edgier-kind of guy. Good-boy/bad-doy all grown up. Live large. Love large. I don’t care if you’re GQ. I don’t care if you have tattoos, pierced ears, long hair or no hair. I don’t care about the kind of car you drive – just that you have one and are stable.to I do like motorcycles and REALLY hope that you have one....I have my own gear. Romantic, a MUST because I believe men need romance just as much as women do. And, if you haven't figured out by this time how important that kind of intimacy is in building the foundation of a healthy relationship......well, "we" aren't going to work. Creative, witty, easy on the eyes, tenacious yet, respectful.; spontaneous. It would be terrific if you enjoyed or at least be willing to tolerate live theater and the arts as much as I do.I believe friendship is the basis of any long term relationship so first, I’m looking for a man that I like to hang around with. Anything from working on cars, house projects, cooking together, talking about the latest book read, and motorcycle rides to outdoor festivals and dive bars. Second, I believe in love/lust at first site. I want to be with a man I can’t keep my hands off of and the feeling is reciprocated. Third, someone who wants to get off this site permanently. I’m not interested in digging into your past relationships until you are ready to tell me relevant stories/facts. If there’s a connection, our respective histories will reveal themselves in due course. I am not naïve. I am not broken so, I don’t need someone to ‘complete’ me. Besides this elusive thing we call "chemistry," I seek a confident companion who is interested in dating. After all, dating is all about finding out if you will be compatible, share similar interests, and are supportive of your partner's interests and goals. Beyond that, I look for a relationship where the attraction is mutual, romantic, intimate, sexual, mutually beneficial and respectful ~ in other words, someone to ‘compliment’ me. I don't think it's a tall order to fill. After all if you're really serious about the long term I'd rather there be a harmonious blend to our union, wouldn't you? If you indulge me with baseball, I'll indulge your football! (c: Care about your environment and your cave - are they inviting or chaotic? Confidence, social conscientiousness and a wacked sense of humor are a huge plus. If KROQ or Indie isn't on your playlist, then we may not mesh - I listen to all kinds of music and go to a broad spectrum of concerts - but I'm alternative/rock at heart.
