About Me
I am a college educated, fun-loving, single, in shape, kind and humorous guy. I have worked in either Fashion or Entertainment my whole life, and continue to trudge along in such ways. I have two cats. They are my children. If you are allergic to cats or just aren't quite fond of them, I am sure you are a wonderful person, but you just aren't for me ;) I am a maniac sports fan(Lakers, Raiders, Dodgers, Kings, UCLA), and I love music(the Beatles are my favorite band, and Classic Rock would be my fallback option, but I listen to more new music now then anything. Indie I suppose, but I could have an educated conversation with you about ANYTHING you listen to, outside of the Top 40. I am growing fonder of Jazz daily...saw the Rebirth Brass Band a week ago and it WAS one of the best shows I have ever been to in my life) with a passion that rivals only my love for sports. That combo marinates in an odd way with the fashion, but it works for me. I feel like I look like I go out a lot. I do not. I'm tired of people saying they don't watch TV), long hot baths(read Jitterbug Perfume, they're necessary), listening to said music, watching said sports, etc...though when I do get out I am probably more fun then anyone in the room. I am a goofball, plainly said. Though I do have a very 'abrasive' sense of humor, and Samurai sword sharp wit, I counter that with being nice to a fault. I feel like a lot of details are best left to meeting in person. If you disagree, want to verify I am who I say I am, or just flat out need more information for safety reasons(I get it girls, lotta weirdos out there), you could always take a gander at my *** fully aware of how lame that is). Hope your day is going well =)I haven't edited this since I initially made it....and it could use a trim, and some additions, but I wanted to add something in the meantime. I saw this Bukowski poem, and *** knew it was exactly what I was looking for in a woman(or hopefully more so, what we are both looking for)...anyway:I will remember the kissesOur lips raw with loveand how you gave meeverything you hadand how I offered you whatwas left of me,and I will remember your small roomthe feel of you the light in the windowyour recordsyour booksour morning coffeeour noons our nightsour bodies spilled togethersleepingthe tiny flowing currentsimmediate and foreveryour leg my legyour arm my armyour smile and the warmth of youwho made me laugh again.--Taken from 'The Last Night of the Earth Poems', Charles Bukowski. Ideally somewhere we could sit where it wasn't so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak. Nothing too over the top, hopefully involving some form of adult beverage to ease the potential awkwardness of the situation...a few smiles, a few more laughs.
