Internet Marketing Manager

The Internet Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving traffic, increasing user lifetime value and boosting sales. The Manager will be required to develop the high-level marketing strategy as well as execute in a hands-on approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Paid marketing – Planning, executing and analyzing a variety of paid marketing campaigns, including SEM, display, Facebook ads, Twitter ads, etc. Managing external vendors
  • Marketing partnerships – Identifying and executing online and offline partnerships to grow customer base
  • Social media – Working with the blogging team to manage social media communications to engage and grow our audience and build a community around our brand
  • Organic Search – Work with outside consultants and internal teams to manage SEO tasks, and continually grow and monitor SEO visibility
  • Strategy & Analysis – Forecasting, reporting and budgeting. Analyzing campaign effectiveness, customer data and competitive dynamics to design the marketing strategy

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-10 years minimum experience in Marketing and/or in an eCommerce company
  • Exposure to e-Commerce, including building brand awareness, driving conversions
  • Ability to develop consistent and compelling marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms (SEO, SEM, paid advertising, affiliate marketing)
  • Proven experience in writing catchy, engaging communications to consumers
  • Track record of project management and delivery under tight deadlines — takes ownership and responsibility for projects and turns ideas into action plan and execution
  • Ability to think strategically/ high-level and also execute the details of the campaigns
  • Experience in retrieving and analyzing data, presenting key findings and developing an action plan from the findings – Excel, GA and statistical background a plus
  • Tech savviness and ability to learn and use new tools quickly
  • Effective communication style and ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • BA or BS degree in a related field
  • Marin, Kenshoo, or other enterprise level SEM management system
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Google Adwords Certified
  • Bing Ads Certified
  • Experience managing at least $50k a month in ad spend
  • Facebook Ad experience
  • Twitter Ad experience
  • 5+ years of SEO management experience
  • Mobile app marketing experience
  • Report to a C-Level manager
  • WordPress experience
